Grandpa and Grandma Blaubach!

On June 18th my mom came down for a week!  The kids were so excited to go into the airport to see her and the fish:)
The girls hanging out while the boys took a nap.
 Monster Trucks from Grandma Holly!
Story time in the morning...Ivy was very interested.
Wednesday we went to the mall to get Ivy's 7 months (suppose to be 6 month) pictures and Mya's 6 year old pictures taken.  After we played in the play area.
 This picture makes me laugh.
So happy to be with grandma!
 Having fun!
After we stopped to get $1 icecream cones at the big ice cream cone place!
It is right by the YMCA so now every time we go they always ask if we can go again and remember when we went there with grandma Holly:)
Grandma found a fun science experiment with water shaving cream and food coloring.
Fill up a jar with water, then put shaving cream,
and then food coloring.  The food coloring is suppose to go through the shaving cream into the water...ours didn't and not sure why?  The only thing we could think of is that the shaving cream had aloe in it?
Not sure why his face looks like this because Levi had fun just playing with the shaving cream:)
Then during the boys nap Mya showed Grandma how to make oobleck.
The boys hunting with their skis:)
 A friendly lightsaber match
For supper we made pizza with a cauliflower crust.  Quite tasty!
Levi got the stroller out of the girls room and asked me to put Ivy in.  She wasn't a big fan.
 Playing cooties.
Friday we headed to E.G. Simmons.  It was a beautiful morning and we got to see some Dolphins.
Taking it all in.  Ivy can now sit by herself, crawl normally and then sit herself up.

Friday night Grandpa came!!
Saturday Derek, Grandpa, and all the 3 oldest went in the canoe and then we all headed down to the beach. Derek went out and used his speargun.
Kind of hard to tell but his feet aren't touching the ground.
Ivy sat very contently with this container of puffs and some play keys for quite some time.
Mya and Toby got to try out their gear.  Toby at one point lost a flipper and had a major melt down!  He was beside himself, devastated, crying in the depth of despair!  We found it about 100 ft down the shore a wave had washed it up:)
Derek took Ivy out and she loved it!!  Every time a wave would come she had a big belly laugh!
 So proud of their sandcastle!

Sunday Mya sang in church for VBS (Vacation Bible School)
She has been practicing every Wednesday night for the last month and a half and took it very seriously!  They did a great job and she loved every minute of it.
Deep concentration going on in this game of memory.  Levi sitting on Grandpa Holly's lap as Levi so affectionately called him:)
Sunday after church Aunt Pam, Uncle Phil, Salina, and Brandon and Chelsea came over for lunch before dad had to head on back home.

Bye Grandpa!  Thanks for coming we loved playing with you!!
Monday while Mya was at VBS the rest of us played at the park.
Toby showing us his firefighting skills.
For weeks now Toby has been asking to take lunch in his lunch box.  So we packed a lunch to eat while we picked up Mya.  He was very excited.
Monday night Grandma, Mya, and I went to Panda Express for supper and then Ikea to get some new silverware!!
We stopped for a tea party along the way:)
Ivy practicing her fishing skills to keep up with her big brothers.
Tuesday Grandma Holly headed back to WI.  Thanks for coming and spending time with us!!  WE love you SO much!!!
