Boat

This weekend we rented a boat for the morning. We had to leave at 6:00 a.m. to get there by 8.



We're off! Poor Levi was drowning in his lifevest.

A few weeks ago we went to Dinosaur World with our playgroup. When we saw the first dinosaur Mya said it had a horrible neck.

Toby's favorite part was feeding the fish. That night Derek was holding him and Toby kept saying the same words over and over and they I realized he was telling Derek that I put fish food in his hand he threw it in the water and fed the fish. It was quite adorable.

The other parts he walked around like this for most of it. It just wasn't his best day.

We found a Myasoraus just spelled a little different.

Mya is always asking to help me cut things with her knives but they just aren't sharp enough to cut mutch so a watermelon was a perfect thing to help me cut while Toby enjoyed cut up watermelon...

he wasn't very excited to share his extra big bowl of watermelon when it was all cut up and we wanted to enjoy some:)

I went to find Toby one day as he was being way to quite and found oh so sweetly looking at this book.

Saturday we went to the boat show to look at the boats. On the way there Mya asked if we were going to buy a boat. Derek said no because you didn't bring your piggy bank. Mya said well next time can you remind me to bring it so we can buy one. I told her then that even if she brought her piggy bank she wouldn't have enough...her response, "But I have lots of pennies mommy"

Mya is now convinced she wants a boat with a bed and kitchen for the small price tag of $118,000...keep saving those pennies:)

Just as we were about to leave some friends of ours were coming and the kids had fun running from boat to boat.

Cooling off enjoying a yummy treat. At the end the last bite fell apart and he was very devestated that after trying to put it back on the stick it wouldn't stay.

Mya started taking swimming lessons last week and is doing great! She can jump in and turn around and swim back to the wall all by herself. When I took swimming lessons as a kid on the last day we could choose which soda we wanted out of the machine and drink it all by ourself. I told Mya that if she listened to her teacher and did everything she asked she could pick out a soda and get some goggles. Yesterday I told her she was doing great and was going to get her soda and goggles on Thursday and she replied, "Are you for real mom!!"

Roll Over Roll Over

On Tuesday Levi was 3 months old. Both Mya and Toby rolled over just a few days after they were 3 months. On Wednesday, Levi had a weight check up and I was telling the dr. how he hates tummy time and just puts his face to the ground and screams and I was a little worried he wasn't holding his head up. Tonight I put him on his tummy and he picked his head right up and rolled over. This is the second time he did. Just wanted to prove mommy wrong and keep up with Mya and Toby! Way to go Levi

Happy 4th Birthday Mya!

Sunday we had a party for Mya's 4th Birthday! Hard to believe she is 4 already.

Invitation, the little tag pulled out with all the info.

Place setting. They each got a butterfly necklace and hair clip. We used the little tea cups that I have.

Table all set except the empty platter was waiting for the butterfly hotdogs. What you can't see is from the ceiling there are butterflies hanging.

It is kind of hard to see but there are little paper butterflies clipped to the branches that they all collected. Around their necks they have bug catchers that they put them in.

That night we skyped with Grandpa and Grandma Stock and opened presents from them.

Monday morning she woke up and said, "Am I 4 now mom?"

Monday afternoon we skyped with Grandma Holly and opened her present from Grandpa and Grandma Blaubach. Mya was very excited to get Tangeled. She had just been telling me in the car that morning that she NEEDED that movie and was very sad she didn't have it.

She had been asking for awhile if she could have flowers for her birthday. This was her reaction when Derek walked in with flowers...just a little excited.

Jay Jay the Jet plane movie. Not where she saw it but she also had been requesting this randomly for the past few months. Don't know if she could smile any bigger.

Opening a cash register. She had been with me when I bought this and kept asking who it was for. So she was thrilled to find out it was for her:)

To top off the night we ate pizza and watch Tangeled. Happy Birthday Mya! We love you.
