Brewers, Blueberries, and the Beach

We heard the Brewers were doing good so put on our gear and are cheering them on!

 Daddy had a dinner meeting for work so we had a McDonalds picnic!!

 We went Blueberry picking.  Levi ate the berries as fast as I put them in the bucket.  At first he put one or two in his mouth and then I looked over and was enjoying them by the fistful:)

 Kind of hard to see but after nap time Toby came out with his cowboy boots on and declared he was ready to pick blueberries!  He has been asking since we picked last year when we could go again so he was excited!

 After the fun of blueberry picking wore off they had fun catching these HUGE grasshoppers.

 Mya was very disappointed that I wouldn't let her bring them home.

In a month or two Ivy maybe you can enjoy them.

 Derek and kids cut down this tree in the back.  I came around when he was letting each of them have a turn trying to chop it into pieces.

  Toby got "cool" new sunglasses.  We hear about these sunglasses all day long and he is very concerned about where the sun is at all times to determine if sunglasses should be worn.  Here he is being a rock star with them on:)

Sunday after church we decided to try all 6 of us in the canoe.  It was a beautiful day for it and enjoyed it for about 1 1/2 before Ivy wanted out of her life vest.

 After we canoed we headed to the beach.  Derek doing push-ups with a little extra weight.

 And then did a little fishing.  Looking at the fish Derek caught.

 Life is good with a day filled with sand, water, fishing, and going in the canoon as Levi would say.

 All ready for the last day of school in April.  Hard to believe there are only a few more weeks left!
