Fishing!

Yesterday morning Derek had to work but when he got off it was such a beautiful day out we decided to head down to the fishing pier and enjoy the sunset.

 Ivy had a complete blow out and of course I didn't have an extra change of clothes for her, thankfully I had grabbed this jacket for her and had a blanket.

 Who needs to buy bait fish when your husband can catch it!

 He kept telling me this wasn't his fishing pole but daddy's fishing pole.

 A guy across the way caught this bonnet head shark and was kind enough to let the kids "pet" it.

 We saw some dolphins!

 and caught one fish.  It is a Spanish something or other.

 The sky was beautiful and as we were driving home the sky was many shades of pink, very pretty!

Ivy's Dedication

While Aunt Lydia was down we had Ivy dedicated.  

 Love this little girl and pray that she grows up to love Jesus with her whole heart and honors him with everything she does.

 So thankful for our church family and the family and friends that were there to dedicate Ivy.

 Derek, Ivy, and I had a fun date night at Starbucks.  Don't worry she shared most of it with daddy.

 We got in a game of LPR I think every day.
